Before creating Y.T.I., he was Senior Technician and Customer Trainer for After Sales Service, repairs, and handling of Xquisite catamarans in the Bahamas. Catamarans from 12 to 17m are his specialty.

An offshore aquaculture engineer, then a professional scuba diver, Franck started offshore sailing in 2006 and has since been Captain/Engineer on sailing yachts from 20 to 40m traveling around the world. Numerous periods of refit, repairs or modifications allow him to be confident on most technical aspects. Before joining Y.T.I., he was responsible for the fleet of yachts and speedboats for the Four Seasons Hotel in the Red Sea.
